Tim Gales’ breadth of knowledge reaches across a significant range of skill sets – from leading a creative and dedicated team through idea creation, development, project coordination, to producing, audio mixing, graphic design, Flash animation, motion graphics and feature film compositing.

Tim is currently the Associate Vice President of Creative Content Development, leading a team of eight creative professionals to conceive and produce effective products in video, print, and electronic communications; Associate Producer of Sanctuary, an Emmy nominated community program on Chicago’s ABC channel 7 and co-producer of the annual campaign videos and other multimedia, which help raise over $80 million for the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago (JUF) yearly campaigns. JUF is one of the largest social service non-profits in Illinois.

Tim’s past accomplishments include eleven Walt Disney Company animation features as the Assistant Supervisor of Compositing from 1995-2003. A partial list of these Features are; Mulan, Hunchback of Notre Dam, Tarzan, Fantasia 2000, and the Emperor’s New Groove. Tim has designed DVD menus for Disney’s foreign distribution DVDs and has worked as a digital compositor for the Howard Anderson Company on feature films.

Tim is also Producer of Food Purpose Cooking Show, a plant based, oil-free cooking show and has owned Workdog Productions since 2003, a video production company producing video and audio projects for small businesses.

Tim holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management, from Spertus Institute, Bachelors of Science in Visual Communications/Multimedia and Associates of Arts in Visual Communications from University of Phoenix

Additionally, Tim is an accomplished singer/songwriter with four CD releases, a recording engineer and an advocate for eating a plant-based diet.
